Delivery
We aim to dispatch stocked orders as quickly as possible, with UK mainland orders ordinarily arriving within 2–5 working days.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday may be dispatched the same day where stock and carrier availability allow. Made-to-order, specialist and custom-mixed products may require additional processing time.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply to certain locations, oversized orders or pallet deliveries.
Returns
Changed your mind? Most standard, unused products purchased online can be returned, subject to our Returns Policy.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Products should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition.
Please note: custom-mixed, tinted and other made-to-order products are produced specifically for you and normally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
