ProXL Rapid Zinc Rich Primer is a high-performance, fast-drying zinc-rich aerosol designed for situations where speed and corrosion protection are critical. Specially formulated for on-site repairs and spot priming, it delivers outstanding cathodic protection while dramatically reducing downtime.

Containing up to 90% pure zinc in the dry film, this primer provides long-lasting corrosion resistance with up to 700 hours salt spray performance, making it suitable for harsh industrial and outdoor environments. Touch dry in just 5 minutes, it allows rapid handling and efficient overcoating without compromising protection.

Ideal for use on galvanised steel and mild steel, PRO XL Rapid Zinc Rich Primer is commonly used on rails, barriers, steps, cages and metal fixtures, particularly during production or maintenance work. The dry film is also spot-weldable, adding further flexibility in fabrication and repair processes.
