ProXL Zinc Rich Primer – High Zinc Anti-Corrosion Repair Aerosol

ProXL Zinc Rich Primer is a high-performance zinc-rich repair coating designed for the protection and restoration of bare or galvanised steel. Delivering ultimate cathodic protection, it provides both corrosion resistance and a galvanised appearance in a single aerosol - making it ideal for maintenance, touch-ups and small repair areas.

Containing 90% pure zinc in the dry film, this epoxy-ester based primer achieves up to 1000 hours salt spray resistance, ensuring long-lasting protection even in light industrial, corrosive and high-humidity environments. The finish closely matches old zinc galvanising, making it especially suitable for repairing aged or damaged galvanised steel.

With a fast 30-minute recoat time and heat resistance up to 350°C, PRO XL Zinc Rich Primer is a cost-effective alternative to higher-priced zinc primers while maintaining comparable technical performance. It is commonly used on rails, barriers, steps, cages and metal fixtures where durable corrosion protection is essential.
