We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Changed Your Mind?
For most standard products purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it.
Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Returned products should be unused and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Where goods have been used, damaged or handled beyond what would reasonably be expected when examining them, this may affect the amount that can be refunded where permitted by law.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning them.
Custom-Mixed & Made-to-Order Products
Many of our paints and aerosols are mixed, tinted or manufactured specifically to the colour requested by the customer.
Because these products are made specifically to your requirements, custom-mixed, tinted, bespoke and other made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
If you're unsure whether the product you're ordering is made to order, please contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to check.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we'll arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please keep the product and its packaging while we investigate, and photographs of any damage can help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Returning Aerosols & Paint
Paints and aerosols may be subject to carrier restrictions and should not simply be sent through ordinary postal services.
Please contact us before arranging your return so we can advise you on the appropriate return method.
Where you are responsible for arranging the return, we recommend using an appropriate tracked carrier and retaining proof of dispatch.
Refunds
Where a refund is due following cancellation of an eligible online purchase, it will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
For eligible cancellations, this includes the price paid for the goods and, where applicable, the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional amounts paid for enhanced or premium delivery services are not necessarily refundable.
