Returns

Need help with a return, cancellation or a damaged delivery? Email info@andrewscoatings.co.uk or call 01902 710057 with your order details.

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the cancellation period for standard online consumer orders, how to return aerosols safely, refunds, and the rules for genuinely bespoke products.

Please read the current policy before sending goods back, as aerosols and paints can be subject to carrier restrictions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
