You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please note the following:
Returns must be approved in advance and issued with a returns reference number
A handling fee of 15%–50% may apply, depending on the product and supplier
Items must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (we recommend using a tracked and insured service)

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note: Custom-tinted paints, aerosols, and bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.
🚚 Delivery Times
Standard UK mainland delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.
If there are any delays or low stock issues, a member of our team will contact you.
For larger or palletised orders, please allow up to 5 working days.
🎨 Custom-Tinted Paint
Custom-mixed and tinted paints are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied in error.
We strongly recommend confirming your colour choice before placing an order.
📦 Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
🧽 Priming & Preparation
Whether a primer is required depends on the surface and product. While many coatings are direct-to-surface, some materials (such as new concrete or bare metal) may require priming.
Surface condition and any existing coatings should also be considered.
